A building and/or zoning permit shall be required whenever an owner or occupant of a property wishes to alter, change or commence a particular use of a property or structure, or to erect, construct, alter, repair, extend, replace, relocate, demolish or convert any building or structure. In addition, a permit is required for any non-agricultural fence or storage shed.
