Zoning Hearing - Public Notice

PUBLIC NOTICE
 
 
The Ephrata Township Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing on May 21, 2024 at 7:00 P.M. at the Ephrata Township Municipal Building, 265 Akron Road, Ephrata, PA 17522.  Purpose of the hearing is to consider the following request:
 
  1. A request for a Special Exception and/or Variance under Section 402.B, 402.B.2.c – Home Business and/or Section 303 – Expansion of a Non-Conforming Use of the Ephrata Township Zoning Ordinance.  The applicant is Jacob Barker, 10 West Church Road, Stevens PA who is seeking approval to operate a powder coating business and expand the size of the existing shop on the property.  The property is owned by JNBCO, LLC, 1140 S. State Street, Suite #10, Ephrata, PA.  The property is located at 1156 Steinmetz Road, Ephrata PA in the Residential Low Density Zoning District.

PUBLIC NOTICE
 
The Ephrata Township Sewer Authority will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 30, 2022 at 7:00 A.M. at the Ephrata Township Municipal Building, 265 Akron Road, Ephrata, PA.  The meeting will replace the regular Authority meeting in April.  If you need special assistance to attend this meeting, please contact the Township Office.
